It is a fun and energetic workout that consists of fast beat music tied together with various combinations and actions such as: punching, kicks, and toning exercises.

This class will improve your stamina and endurance or your cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles, and strengthen your core. (Boxing gloves needed for this class)
