• Tyra I had been looking for a cardio workout that I would enjoy and stick with. I was a bit hesitant to try kickboxing, but I loved it from the first class. Heather makes each class a bit different so you don't tire of the routines. The workouts are intense and she pushes you to do things you didn't think you could do. I always leave class feeling like I have had an amazing workout. I would highly recommend the cardio kickboxing class. Tyra
